Why have a School Blog?

The reasons for my use of a class blog are as follows;

• It provides you the Parent/Guardian with a window into the classroom and shines light on the type of learning your child experiences.
• It is an efficient mode of communication between the class teacher and the home.
• Pupils' learning can be supported by the availability of curriculum content online. Also, areas of the curriculum that require particular attention can also be posted.
• Children get a chance to see the fruits of their education in an online setting. Also, the weekly /monthly awards will be posted.
• It is a new and exciting way to engage parents in their children's' learning.
